About the position

The Sales Territory Manager at Enovis plays a crucial role in driving sales growth for the Chattanooga & LightForce product lines in North and South Carolina. This position focuses on nurturing customer relationships, engaging with healthcare professionals, and ensuring effective product education. The role involves extensive fieldwork, promotional activities, and business development to enhance patient care and outcomes through innovative medical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate customer relationships, engaging physicians, clinic staff, and device users.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of clinical science and Enovis platforms.
  • Conduct technical and clinical product education for customers, prospects, and patients.
  • Coordinate with technical engineering services to develop tailored solutions for customers.
  • Attend national, regional, state, and local trade shows and conferences.
  • Develop and execute a business plan exceeding financial and market goals.
  • Utilize Salesforce for maintaining contacts, opportunities, and outcomes.
  • Manage a comprehensive sales funnel for sustained opportunities.
  • Efficiently plan and prioritize sales calls, ensuring maximum customer contact.
  • Drive sales through indirect channels.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships to achieve account objectives.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage customer and dealer relationships effectively to meet sales objectives.
  • Foster strong dealer network relationships.
  • Proactively pursue competitive opportunities, converting them into business.
  • Defend against competitive threats, minimizing losses.
  • Identify underlying problems affecting performance and devise effective solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to customers.
  • Demonstrate commitment to Enovis Compliance & Ethics Program and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI) per HIPAA standards.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and promptly, including expense reports, surveys, and business plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • 2 years of proven experience in medical device sales, with a focus on territory management preferred.
  • Strong understanding of clinical science and technical product knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
