About the position

The Territory Sales Manager/Region Sales Leader at Four Seasons Family of Companies is responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships within a designated territory. This role focuses on expanding the customer base, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective territory management and strategic sales initiatives. The position offers significant earning potential and opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Managing aggressive growth and account management with larger and existing customers.
  • Targeting and converting new customers.
  • Preventing lost customers and focusing on developmental customers that could grow more aggressively.
  • Developing and executing a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Maintaining a monthly and annual sales plan to achieve sales growth targets.
  • Tailoring and driving Dealer programs to meet sales targets.
  • Aligning with Service Center Manager on Customer Pricing strategies and market conditions.
  • Assisting with maintaining customers in good A/R, Collections standing.
  • Keeping the Service Center Team(s) up-to-date on competitor activities, market conditions, and customer product preference trends.
  • Scheduling appointments and visiting existing customers/contractors to review product needs and determining opportunities.
  • Opening new accounts and attending trade shows and conferences as applicable.
  • Liaising between customers and company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product launches.
  • Educating and training customers on product offerings, installation, sales, and best business practices.

Requirements

  • Must have independent territory management experience.
  • 3+ years in building products experience in a customer-facing role (Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service).
  • Proven track record of managing and succeeding in a territory sales role.
  • Experience selling direct to consumer is a plus.
  • Experience using a sales system and reporting back on targets, visit plans, and outcomes.
  • Experienced in building B2B relationships with prospective existing and new customers.
  • High level of motivation to succeed both as an individual and as a Market Team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
  • Hunter mentality with a strong work ethic.
