About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at ICP Group is responsible for driving sales of the APOC brand in the Miami-Dade, FL market. This role involves developing commercial sales relationships with installation contractors, distributors, and key influencers in the construction industry. The position requires a self-motivated individual with a strong sales background and the ability to manage accounts effectively while providing technical support and training to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for direct buying customers and key influencers in the Miami-Dade area.
  • Create and work from a written business development plan for the industry and markets serviced.
  • Travel throughout the territory regularly as required.
  • Train customers through live product demonstrations, remote learning, and educational presentations.
  • Review sales and lead generation reports to identify market sales opportunities.
  • Utilize industry specifications and building notifications to create a bid projects pipeline.
  • Interact with multi-level business leaders and cross-functional support groups to achieve goals.
  • Conduct customer follow-ups and 360 sales reviews regularly.
  • Participate in local Roofing and Waterproofing tradeshow events.

Requirements

  • Proven sales track record in the construction industry.
  • Exceptional verbal, presentation, and training skills.
  • Ability to work independently with new and existing clients to overcome sales objections.
  • Successful cold-calling experience within a territory.
  • 5 years of sales experience in roofing and waterproofing systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Construction experience as an installer, especially in roofing or waterproofing products.
  • Read/write experience in project specification processes, including the sale and promotion of roofing and waterproofing solutions.
