About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales of emergency air transport services within a designated territory, primarily through cold calling and community engagement. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while building a robust pipeline of B2C and B2B customers to meet sales targets. The position requires a strong understanding of the medical transportation industry and the ability to collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for new business through cold calling, customer referrals, and community involvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership on marketing programs to attract prospects.
  • Participate in community networking events to draw in potential clients.
  • Complete the full sales cycle from introduction to closure and ongoing follow-up.
  • Build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3 years of previous B2C or B2B solutions field sales experience preferred.
  • Cold calling experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the emergency medical transport industry preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
