About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales of emergency air transport services to the local community, focusing on building relationships and closing sales in a designated territory. This role involves a mix of remote and in-market activities, requiring the candidate to engage with potential clients and manage the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for new business through cold calling, customer referrals, community involvement, and networking events.
  • Complete the full sales cycle from introduction and discovery to needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up.
  • Build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers to achieve sales and company goals/targets.
  • Close business in alignment with AMCN's objectives and practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of previous B2C or B2B solutions field sales experience, preferred.
  • Cold calling experience, preferred.
  • Knowledge of the emergency medical transport industry, preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
