OmniMax International is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our Consumer Distribution Team. This role is pivotal in driving sales and expanding our market presence in the residential roof drainage and roofing accessories markets. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, increasing sales, and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory, which covers Southeast and Southwest Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the building products sector, and will demonstrate a proven track record of strategic sales and business management. This position requires a high level of technical product knowledge and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively position our products against competitors. In this role, the Territory Sales Manager will engage with customers to provide technical assistance, service accounts, and monitor customer activity and inventory movement. The successful candidate will contribute to revenue and EBITDA goals by maintaining strong customer relationships and focusing sales efforts based on the volume potential of each customer. The role also involves developing new business by visiting prospects, explaining product potential, and recommending changes in products and services based on market evaluations. The Territory Sales Manager will be expected to keep management informed through regular activity and results reports, and to resolve customer complaints by investigating issues and determining solutions.
