About the position

The Territory Sales Manager for Semiconductors is responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales pipeline within a designated region. This role involves direct sales and collaboration with distributors to address customer needs, particularly in the areas of wireless modules, internal antennas, and IoT sensors/gateways. The position requires a strong understanding of the semiconductor market and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the sales pipeline and revenue within the assigned region.
  • Manage direct sales and distribution sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with distributors and internal sales teams to understand and address customer pain points.
  • Maintain expertise in wireless modules, internal antennas, and IoT sensors/gateways.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling wireless modules, internal antennas, and/or IoT sensors/gateways.
  • Experience selling to distributors and direct sales.
  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree is required; Engineering degree is preferred.
