About the position

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth for DSI Dantech products in the South or Mid-West regions of the USA. This role involves identifying and prospecting new customers, as well as growing revenue from existing customers. The position requires a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement, with a strong emphasis on building a solid pipeline of opportunities and maintaining effective communication with management and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Support and follow up on customers, including customer visits, trade shows, and local events.
  • Create a solid pipeline of sales opportunities and convert these into revenue.
  • Draft overall business development plans and sales strategy for your region and application.
  • On-going reporting to management about projects, including maintaining an updated overview of the project pipeline by updating our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within capital equipment sales.
  • Proven track record in sales, particularly in introducing technical products.
  • Preferably a B.S. degree in business or engineering, though results and personality are valued more than educational background.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working closely with overseas colleagues in an international working environment.
