About the position

The Territory Sales Manager for Southern California and Arizona at Ansell is responsible for driving sales and managing relationships within the acute market, including operating rooms and healthcare settings. This role involves prospecting new accounts, developing existing relationships, and ensuring the successful representation of Ansell's protective products. The position requires a blend of sales expertise, strategic account management, and collaboration with various internal departments to achieve sales objectives and foster growth.

Responsibilities

  • Sell and represent Ansell products and services to the Acute Market in Southern CA and AZ.
  • Prospect accounts and develop support for Ansell products, closing new business.
  • Develop and nurture Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) and Regional Purchasing Coalition (RPC) level accounts.
  • Conduct cold calling, appointment setting, product demonstrations, and in-services.
  • Compile monthly reporting dashboards in Salesforce to analyze business health and sales performance.
  • Service current client base at both end user and distributor levels.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve sales objectives.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Support, and Customer Service Departments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in Acute healthcare settings.
  • Experience with SalesForce.Com (SFDC) or similar CRM program is highly preferred.
  • Strategic Account Management experience in a global role is a plus.
  • Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in PPE or Energy B2B sales is a definite plus.
