About the position

The Sales Territory Manager for Dr. Comfort in the Foot Care Solutions Business Unit at Enovis is responsible for driving market growth in Southern California. This role involves achieving sales volume and revenue goals through strategic sales activities, expanding the customer base, and providing education on products to healthcare professionals and patients. The position requires strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction, while also leveraging company resources to maximize sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales goals and objectives through sales to designated accounts.
  • Cultivate relationships with physicians, clinic staff, and device users.
  • Provide product education on technical and clinical aspects to customers and patients.
  • Assist with equipment delivery, set-up, and service as needed.
  • Support referral networks and educate providers on Foot Care Solutions products.
  • Plan and execute local educational and sales events to meet sales goals.
  • Develop and execute a business plan for the assigned territory.
  • Utilize SalesForce to maintain contacts, opportunities, and outcomes.
  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities and manage leads effectively.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing needs and concerns.
  • Proactively convert competitive opportunities into business.
  • Provide presentations and demonstrations on Foot Care Solutions products.
  • Efficiently use company resources to achieve desired results.
  • Complete and submit required paperwork for reimbursable sales.
  • Adhere to compliance and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Orthopedic Sales and knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment strongly preferred.
  • Experience in medical sales strongly preferred.
  • Experience calling on hospitals preferred.
  • Experience working with distributors preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance and third-party reimbursement preferred.
