About the position

The Territory Sales Manager for BD Diesel Performance is responsible for driving sales in the Southwest region, which includes Arizona, California, Nevada, and Utah. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with clients, optimizing sales processes, and providing excellent customer service to promote BD Diesel's product offerings. The position requires frequent travel to customer locations and collaboration with the sales manager to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your manager to develop and execute sales strategies that align with goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and high-value accounts.
  • Forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve goals.
  • Optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Engage in continuous product knowledge learning and training.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Travel to customer locations to demonstrate and advise on new product offerings.
  • Provide feedback from customers to the sales team and engineering team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Background in automotive sales.
  • Mid-level B2B sales experience.
