The Territory Sales Manager for BD Diesel Performance is responsible for driving sales in the Southwest region, which includes Arizona, California, Nevada, and Utah. - Forecast sales targets and develop strategies to achieve goals.
- Optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Engage in continuous product knowledge learning and training.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Travel to customer locations to demonstrate and advise on new product offerings.
- Provide feedback from customers to sales and engineering teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.
