The Territory Sales Manager for the Southwest region at A. O. The candidate will be responsible for the strategic development of the company's near and long-term commercial growth and sales strategy, which includes team development and the ability to identify the best avenues for pursuing new business opportunities. The role requires strong negotiation skills and proven experience in communicating technical, contractual, and financial information effectively to customers. Additionally, the candidate will provide feedback on the best win opportunities, which may involve aligning partnerships or forming teaming agreements. Key responsibilities also include the development and management of proposals, which entails both writing and costing, as well as executing the corporate marketing strategy. The candidate will plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and conferences, and assist in developing customer partnership programs. Furthermore, the role involves the development of a sales contact database and conducting market segmentation research to inform strategic decisions. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support the overall objectives of the sales team.
