About the position

The Territory Sales Manager, Strategic Sales is a key customer-focused role responsible for driving HVAC and Water Heating/Plumbing product categories in the Northeast region. This position involves executing innovative sales strategies and transforming the region through strong market connections and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and will be critical in supporting the Air Conditioning and Water Heating Divisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies for HVAC and Water Heating/Plumbing products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors in the region.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
  • Conduct regular travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in sales within the HVAC and Water Heating/Plumbing distribution industry.
  • Strong market connections and a network of industry contacts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
