About the position

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market presence in New York, Massachusetts, New England, and Connecticut within the HVAC industry. This role requires a strong background in business development and sales, with a focus on building relationships and developing strategic sales plans to address technical ventilation issues and promote innovative HVAC solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update critical information in our CRM (Pipedrive) for effective sales tracking.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, owners, and distributors.
  • Educate and promote our innovative HVAC solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from opportunity identification to deal closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Requirements

  • Strong background in business development, ideally in HVAC.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and expand market presence.
  • Proven networking skills to build long-term relationships.
  • At least 3 years in a similar role, preferably in HVAC.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Living in the State of New York or Connecticut is strategic.
  • Dynamic and highly adaptable personality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with clients.
