About the position

The Outside Territory Manager is responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts within the concrete construction industry. This role involves a full sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, and closing deals, while working in a technical environment and engaging with various stakeholders such as engineers and project managers.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and manage a book of business focused on the concrete construction industry.
  • Conduct prospecting and initial outreach to potential clients.
  • Run product demonstrations to showcase the company's solutions.
  • Close business deals and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of Outside B2B sales experience within the Industrial or Construction space.
  • Familiarity with Concrete, Cement, or Admixture and ability to communicate on a technical level.
  • Proficient in using a CRM to track and forecast sales data.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $75,000 - $80,000
  • Total compensation of $100,000 - $110,000
