We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Delphos Wireless, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer. Delphos Wireless was established in Dayton, OH in 2006 and has been continuously expanding its operations throughout the Midwest. Our mission is to provide the highest level of customer service while ensuring that the interests of our customers and employees are prioritized. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind a passionate sales team, guiding and uplifting our Retail Sales Consultants and Store Managers to achieve their sales targets and enhance their knowledge of the latest products. This role is not just about meeting personal and brand goals; it is about creating memorable customer experiences that foster loyalty and trust. In this position, you will work closely with our leadership and marketing teams to discover new ways to excel and push the boundaries of success. You will lead your area to achieve sales targets and KPIs, ensuring the achievement of sales, profit, strategic objectives, and team success. Maintaining excellence in customer service across all locations is crucial to ensure high retention and loyalty. You will regularly audit operational practices, including inventory and cash management, across all managed locations, and identify and implement enhancements in the sales process. Your responsibilities will also include recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members, coaching existing staff in sales techniques, product knowledge, services, and promotions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. You will manage administrative responsibilities such as approving time cards, managing team schedules, and performing weekly huddles for effective communication. Additionally, you will ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data, analyze reports to guide strategic decisions, and initiate marketing efforts to support sales goals. Your role will also involve overseeing the distribution of technology, support, and training resources within the sales team to optimize effectiveness.
