About the position

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Delphos Wireless, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer. Delphos Wireless was established in Dayton, OH in 2006 and has been continuously expanding its operations throughout the Midwest. Our mission is to provide the highest level of customer service while ensuring that the interests of our customers and employees are prioritized. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind a passionate sales team, guiding and uplifting our Retail Sales Consultants and Store Managers to achieve their sales targets and enhance their knowledge of the latest products. This role is not just about meeting personal and brand goals; it is about creating memorable customer experiences that foster loyalty and trust. In this position, you will work closely with our leadership and marketing teams to discover new ways to excel and push the boundaries of success. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and KPIs, maintaining excellence in customer service, and ensuring high retention and loyalty across all locations. Regular audits of operational practices, including inventory and cash management, will be part of your responsibilities, as well as identifying and implementing enhancements in the sales process. You will also play a key role in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members, coaching existing staff in sales techniques, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Your administrative responsibilities will include approving time cards, managing team schedules, and performing weekly huddles for effective communication. You will be expected to communicate and ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data, analyze reports to guide strategic decisions, and initiate marketing efforts to support sales goals. Additionally, you will oversee the distribution of technology, support, and training resources within the sales team to optimize effectiveness. Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs, ensuring the achievement of sales, profit, strategic objectives and team success.
  • Maintain excellence in customer service across all locations to ensure high retention and loyalty.
  • Regularly audit operational practices including inventory and cash management, across all managed locations.
  • Identify and implement enhancements in the sales process.
  • Collaborate with management to refine practices, aiming for superior sales quality and efficiency.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members.
  • Coach existing staff in sales techniques and product knowledge, services, and promotions; fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Approve time cards and manage team schedules, perform weekly huddles and utilize teams for communication.
  • Communicate and ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data.
  • Analyze reports to guide strategic decisions and operational adjustments.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of Senior Multi-Unit Management Experience
  • 5 or more years in Retail or Customer Service Experience
  • Strong Organization, People Development, Problem Solving, and Analytical Skills
  • Experienced in Google Sheets/Docs
