About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for the sales and promotion of Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems products through distribution channels to end-users and specifying influences. The role focuses heavily on building contractor relationships and achieving assigned sales quotas within the Dallas and Fort Worth, TX territory. The ideal candidate should reside in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metro area and will manage their territory effectively to maximize sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned territory to achieve sales objectives.
  • Conduct sales calls on distributors and potential users of Hubbell products.
  • Train distributor personnel to sell and promote Hubbell products.
  • Manage distributor inventory to maintain proper stock levels.
  • Conduct sales training within the district and region as directed by field management.
  • Deliver formal sales presentations to various groups and end-users.
  • Communicate with the District Manager regarding issues, opportunities, and new products.
  • Service distributors and end-users to create demand for the company's products.
  • Build strong relationships with distribution, end-users, and specifying influences.
  • Cover open territories as assigned by the District Manager.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of industry experience.
  • Proficient in computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, TEAMS, Salesforce, and SAP Concur Solutions.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
