About the position

The Territory Sales Manager for Swedish Match North America LLC is responsible for managing all sales and operational functions within the assigned geography of west Los Angeles, CA. This role involves selling and servicing products in retail stores, ensuring product freshness, executing promotions, and utilizing data for customer presentations. The position requires a proactive approach to sales and administrative tasks, with a focus on achieving distribution and merchandising goals.

Responsibilities

• Selling and servicing products in retail stores within the assigned geography.
• Gaining new item distribution and executing promotions.
• Merchandising products and ensuring freshness in all assigned stores.
• Utilizing data to develop fact-based presentations for customers.
• Handling all administrative aspects of the job, including expenses and point of sale materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 1 year of experience in consumer packaged goods sales (preferred)
• 1 year of route sales experience (required)
• Ability to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work, and carry bags and boxes (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
• Must live within the geographical assignment.
