About the position

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing activities to support the growth of tankless and better-grade tank water heating product sales in the U.S. This role focuses on promoting and generating sales of water heaters by representing Rheem's business to various stakeholders including distributors, contractors, builders, and engineers. The position is field-based within the assigned Northeast Territory and will serve the US Water Heating Division.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement sales strategies for tankless and better-grade tank water heating products.
  • Generate sales by promoting Rheem's water heaters to distributors, contractors, builders, and engineers.
  • Execute activities to support the growth of water heater sales in the assigned territory.
  • Represent Rheem's business and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the heating or plumbing industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the water heating industry.
  • Knowledge of the Northeast market dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
