Konecranes is seeking a goal-driven leader to fill the role of Territory Sales Manager, covering territories in Wisconsin, Northern Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan. The position also involves monitoring and motivating the sales team through effective hiring, training, development, and onboarding processes. The Territory Sales Manager will lead safety initiatives within the territory and collaborate with the Territory Leadership team to drive growth in orders, sales, and profitability. In addition to these responsibilities, the Territory Sales Manager will oversee the effective use of CRM systems to manage customer relationships and ensure sales excellence. Regular coaching sessions will be held with sales resources to meet targets and execute individual development plans. The role also includes participation in monthly management meetings, generating sales forecasts, and addressing billing issues collaboratively with the management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring and firing decisions of sales personnel, ensuring that all customer complaints are resolved satisfactorily, and participating in the renewal of key segment agreements.
