About the position

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for promoting sales within designated territories and expanding both new and existing accounts. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, effective communication skills, and a high level of organization. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality and accuracy in their work. The position involves significant travel, up to 50% per month, and includes the use of a company car.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and sell to new and existing customers.
• Present solutions and services available to customers.
• Familiarize with Elitek Vehicle Services' product literature and convey product information to customers.
• Make sales presentations on new and existing accounts.
• Assist in training and motivating other sales team members.
• Ensure the integrity of the Company's quality management systems.
• Comply with established company policies and procedures.
• Assume other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required.
• A minimum of two years' sales and/or distribution experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a Company vehicle.
• Effective communication skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules when needed.
• Attention to detail while working in a timely fashion is required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions is important.
• Must be able to move and/or lift at least 75 pounds.
