About the position

Rexza, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to promote Frontier's fiber-optic internet services in the Tampa Bay market. This role involves building relationships with property staff and residents at local apartment communities, identifying customer communication needs, and driving sales through a consultative approach. The position requires daily travel within the assigned territory and focuses on generating leads and sales through various marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Promote Frontier's fiber-optic internet services to customers in the Tampa Bay market.
• Develop relationships with property staff and residents at local apartment communities.
• Identify communication needs of customers and raise awareness about Frontier's services.
• Conduct on-site marketing to inform staff and residents about the benefits of fiber-optic internet.
• Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and resident events.
• Achieve an average of 3 sales per day using a consultative sales approach.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in technology sales or a related field.
• Access to a reliable vehicle with a valid Driver's License and car insurance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in outside sales or wireless sales.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
