About the position

The Accessory Territory Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and selling GM Accessories within GM Dealerships in the Long Island and 5 Borough Region. This role focuses on achieving sales objectives, enhancing dealership profitability, and providing exceptional service to GM Dealers. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and engage with dealership personnel effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with dealership personnel to train, advise, and support the sales of GM Accessories.
  • Meet monthly sales objectives tied to individual GM dealership goals.
  • Consult with dealership managers to improve Accessories sales processes and profitability.
  • Develop customized GM Accessories displays and point-of-sale materials.
  • Train dealership personnel on GM Accessories selling processes, including sales staff and service departments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • Strong personal skills including communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong computer skills.
