We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales professional to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base within a designated territory. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and demonstrate exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals.
  • Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Engage in outside sales activities, including client meetings and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to align strategies and share best practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in territory management with a successful track record in B2B sales.
  • Strong cold calling skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to build rapport with clients.
