About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Mobilelink is responsible for leading and inspiring a sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in the wireless retail sector. This role involves coaching Retail Store Managers, ensuring high standards of customer experience, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team. The position requires a strong retail sales background and the ability to manage multiple locations effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a sales team to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Teach and coach Retail Store Managers on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer experience at the store level.
  • Develop, challenge, and motivate store team members to achieve individual results.
  • Create an empowering environment for employees to deliver unique customer service solutions.
  • Initiate and lead business change efforts to maximize results.
  • Conduct daily and monthly inventory counts.
  • Ensure compliance with company cash handling policies.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail leadership experience in a cell phone or consumer electronics environment.
  • 5 years of retail experience overall.
  • Experience in multi-unit management.
  • Ability to recruit, train, and evaluate staff effectively.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.

  • Experience with Salesforce.
