About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Air Evac Lifeteam is a pivotal role responsible for generating sales of emergency air transport services within a designated territory. This position is hybrid, requiring the candidate to be onsite 90% of the time and remote for 10%, with a requirement to live within 50 to 75 miles of Lees Summit, Missouri. The annual salary for this role ranges from $35,000 to $180,000, with uncapped commission opportunities. The territory encompasses several counties, including Jackson, Buchanan, Caldwell, Cass, Coy, Clinton, and Platte, Ray MS. In this role, the Territory Sales Manager will engage in various activities to generate leads for new business. This includes cold calling, utilizing customer referrals, participating in community networking events, and collaborating with leadership on marketing programs. The position requires completing the full sales cycle, which involves introduction and discovery, needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up and management. The Territory Sales Manager will be expected to build a robust pipeline of both B2C and B2B customers to meet sales and company goals, ensuring that all business closed aligns with AMCN's objectives and practices. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent work experience, along with a minimum of three years of previous B2C or B2B solutions sales experience, preferably in the emergency medical transport industry. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are also required. Background and substance screenings will be conducted as part of the hiring process. Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for new business through cold calling, customer referrals, community involvement, and networking events.
  • Complete the full sales cycle from introduction and discovery to needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up.
  • Build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers sufficient to achieve sales and company goals/targets.
  • Close smart business consistent with AMCN's objectives and practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years previous B2C or B2B solutions sales experience, preferred.
  • Emergency medical transport industry knowledge, preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
