About the position

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales within a designated geographic area. This role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong drive for revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Analyze territory performance, sales data, and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the company's products or services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, territory activities, and market conditions to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align strategies and deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Cold Calling/Sales Experience
  • Commission-Based Compensation Experience
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree OR 5 years of relevant experience
