About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at ForTec Medical is responsible for driving sales of mobile surgical laser technology within the San Antonio/Rio Grande Valley/Corpus Christi territory. This role involves building relationships with healthcare customers, including hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices, to present the benefits of contracting with ForTec. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a hunter mentality, focused on customer service and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare customers in the assigned territory.
• Present the benefits of ForTec Medical's mobile surgical laser technology to potential clients.
• Manage sales activities and strategies within the San Antonio/Rio Grande Valley/Corpus Christi territory.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and sales effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or health sciences or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
• Experience in operating room sales and selling to surgeons.
• Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed.
