About the position

As a Territory Sales Manager at Uline, you will be at the forefront of building strong customer relationships based on trust, which is the cornerstone of our sales culture. You will also participate in weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure you are equipped to excel in your role. In this position, you will have the autonomy to manage accounts across various industries, with opportunities to explore new markets. You will design your day to balance office time with face-to-face customer visits, allowing you to structure your schedule effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing existing accounts, acquiring new business, and providing tailored business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations. You will leverage our extensive catalog of over 40,000 quality products to deliver exceptional customer service, supported by our dedicated sales support team. Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts within your territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
