About the position

As a Territory Sales Manager at Uline, you will be at the forefront of our sales culture, which is built on strong customer relationships founded on trust. This role allows you to manage and grow your own territory, supported by comprehensive training, top-notch tools, and an extensive product offering. You will have the flexibility to be based anywhere within your sales territory, with regular visits to your Uline Branch or Sales Office. Your journey begins with an extensive training program that lasts four weeks, followed by a 12-week mentorship program. During this time, you will engage in weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure your success. As the “CEO” of your territory, you will manage accounts across various industries and have opportunities to explore new markets. You will also have the autonomy to design your day, balancing time spent in the office with face-to-face customer visits, all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while also bringing in new business within your territory. You will provide effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations, leveraging our catalog of over 40,000 quality products. Delivering legendary customer service will be paramount, and you will have the support of our dedicated sales support team to assist you in achieving your goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts within your territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Presentation skills.
