About the position

Vitrea, a leading provider of cutting-edge smart home automation solutions, is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Hollywood, FL. This full-time position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for flexibility while engaging with clients and partners. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue within your assigned territory. You will engage with Designers, Architects, and AV Integrators to build relationships and drive the adoption of our smart home solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the technology or home improvement sectors, and a solid understanding of interior design and architecture. In this role, you will create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the South Florida market, aiming to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the smart home industry. You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs will be essential to tailor your sales approaches effectively. A deep understanding of our smart home products and solutions will enable you to communicate their benefits and features to clients effectively. Networking will be a key component of your responsibilities, as you will attend industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to promote our brand and establish connections with potential clients and partners. Collaboration with the marketing team will also be crucial to align sales initiatives with promotional activities and campaigns. You will prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, ensuring transparency and accountability in your sales efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement effective South Florida sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the smart home industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor sales approaches effectively.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our smart home products and solutions to effectively communicate their benefits and features to clients.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and establish connections with potential clients and partners.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the smart home, technology, or home improvement sectors.
  • Strong understanding of interior design and architecture, with the ability to communicate design concepts effectively to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
