About the position

As a Territory Sales Manager at Uline, you will be at the forefront of our sales culture, which is built on strong customer relationships founded on trust. This role allows you to manage and grow your own territory, supported by comprehensive training, top-notch tools, and an extensive product offering. Uline is committed to your success from the start, providing you with four weeks of initial training followed by a 12-week mentorship program. You will also participate in weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure you are equipped to excel in your role. In this position, you will have the autonomy to manage accounts across various industries, with opportunities to explore new markets. You will be the “CEO” of your territory, responsible for designing your day to balance work and life effectively. This includes spending designated days in the office with your peers to plan face-to-face customer visits, ensuring that you are always prepared to deliver exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and growing existing accounts while also bringing in new business within your territory. You will provide effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations, utilizing our catalog of over 40,000 quality products to make tailored recommendations. With the support of our dedicated sales team, you will deliver legendary customer service that sets Uline apart from the competition.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous sales experience required.
  • Valid driver's license with a great driving record.
  • Government sales experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Presentation skills.
