About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Midea is responsible for driving sales and market development in the Northeast Region, focusing on the RAC and LCAC product lines. This role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize product offerings and enhance brand visibility while managing inventory and sales strategies to meet market demands.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the RAC market and Midea's product offerings.
  • Collect and analyze market information to inform product planning.
  • Propose product optimization strategies for the Russia market based on demand.
  • Collaborate with the BU and China team for channel expansion and customer development.
  • Create and share a channel map with the China headquarters.
  • Assist in formulating and implementing effective marketing plans.
  • Improve brand exposure and increase sell-out sales.
  • Manage purchase, sales, and inventory levels, providing early warnings and solutions for inventory issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Air Conditioner Industry and OBM market segments.
  • Strong client resources in the HVAC industry.
  • Good understanding of US geography and cultural background.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and self-sufficient, capable of managing multiple projects.
