The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) for Heavy Equipment at Reco Equipment is a pivotal role responsible for driving sales and developing business within a designated territory. In addition to direct sales responsibilities, the TSM will conduct machine and attachment demonstrations, ensuring that customers are well-informed about product specifications and performance. The position demands consistent performance in key areas such as account management, effective utilization of CRM systems, and product training. The TSM will be measured on total sales, market share, and profitability within their defined geographic territory. The role also requires the TSM to monitor business trends, gather market intelligence, and maintain a strong understanding of all Reco products to provide consultative assistance to customers. Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers while forming new partnerships through networking and cold calling is essential. The TSM must work closely with the assigned Regional Sales Manager to prioritize new business opportunities and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
