About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Permobil is responsible for strategically managing and growing the assigned territory by promoting, selling, and supporting complex rehab and assistive technology products. This remote role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, analyzing sales trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving significant business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee demo inventory at various referral and customer locations.
  • Continuously analyze sales trends and plan sales activities accordingly.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to strengthen relationships.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers to convert them from competitors.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and leverage this knowledge in sales strategies.
  • Ensure thorough knowledge and application of company policies and procedures.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and meetings as required.
  • Utilize approved sales collateral and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Complete all administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Technical Discipline, or a related area is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience, or at least 1 year in the complex rehab/assistive technology industry.
  • Prior experience in the medical device field, preferably in complex rehab/assistive technology.
  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data analysis, evaluation, and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • ATP, OT, or PT license is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in sales management, market development, marketing, training, or technical services.
