The Territory Sales Manager is a pivotal role within AirMedCare Network (AMCN), which is part of Global Medical Response (GMR), the largest medical transportation company in the world. This position is primarily responsible for generating sales of emergency air transport services to the local community. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, focusing on building relationships and creating a strong pipeline of both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) customers. The Territory Sales Manager will engage in various activities to generate leads, including cold calling, leveraging customer referrals, and participating in community networking events. This position is hybrid, with 5% remote work and 95% onsite meetings with clients, necessitating the candidate to reside within 50 to 75 miles of Grand Rapids, Minnesota. In this role, the Territory Sales Manager will complete the full sales cycle, which includes introduction and discovery, needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up and management. The successful candidate will be expected to close smart business that aligns with AMCN's objectives and practices, ensuring that sales targets and company goals are met.
