About the position

The Territory Sales Manager position at Air Evac Lifeteam is a critical role responsible for driving sales of emergency air transport services within a designated territory in Alaska. This position requires a candidate who is not only skilled in sales but also deeply engaged with the local community. The Territory Sales Manager will work primarily onsite, with a small percentage of remote work allowed, and must reside within 50 to 75 miles of Juneau, Alaska. The annual salary range for this position is between $35,000 and $180,000, with the potential for uncapped commission based on performance. In this role, the Territory Sales Manager will be tasked with generating leads for new business through various methods, including cold calling, leveraging customer referrals, and actively participating in community events. The successful candidate will be expected to complete the full sales cycle, which includes introduction and discovery, needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up and management of client relationships. Building a robust pipeline of both B2C and B2B customers is essential to meet and exceed sales targets set by the company. The Territory Sales Manager will also collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives and community involvement strategies to enhance visibility and attract new clients. This position is integral to the mission of AirMedCare Network, which is part of Global Medical Response, the largest medical transportation company in the world, dedicated to providing compassionate and quality medical care, particularly in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for new business through cold calling, customer referrals, and community involvement.
  • Complete the full sales cycle from introduction and discovery to needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up.
  • Build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers to achieve sales and company goals/targets.
  • Close smart business consistent with AMCN's objectives and practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership on marketing programs and participate in community networking events.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and community members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
