As a Territory Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include both the development of new business for Concentric and expanding product and service offerings into existing customer accounts. You will drive and manage the entire sales process, which includes targeting top prospects, identifying client solutions, negotiating, and closing deals. Acting as a "solutions expert" consultant, you will help partners with their unique critical business issues and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with senior management to establish a clear and effective plan for growing the Concentric customer base and collaborate with sales teams to share ideas, knowledge, and new business development strategies. Utilizing the company CRM, you will provide visibility and effectively communicate activity in your assigned territory. You will strategize on social selling opportunities, attend company training programs, and accompany other associates or managers during ride-alongs to learn job skills. Additionally, you will prepare appropriate specifications and service expectations in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policies, calculate correct job costs, and market-based pricing for solutions. Your performance will be measured by new customer growth, maintenance, service, and equipment sales revenue, and other key metrics prescribed by Concentric leadership, resulting in positive customer and company impact.
