About the position

GANZ is a leader in the Gift Industry, and we are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This full-time position is based in Shreveport, LA, and offers a base salary starting at $40,000 per year, along with a commission earnings plan that includes bonuses and monthly commissions. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing your designated territory, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth. You will have the opportunity to work independently in the field, visiting clients and promoting our top-of-the-line products in gift, home décor, fashion, and seasonal categories. This role may require approximately 2-4 overnight trips per month, as you will be traveling throughout your territory in your personal vehicle five days a week. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A four-year degree and/or a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outside or retail sales.
  • Experience in the wholesale gift, home decor, or fashion apparel industry preferred.
  • Ability to travel throughout the territory in a personal vehicle for five days a week.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in technology, including the ability to operate an iPad and utilize Microsoft Office programs.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms.
