About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Air Evac Lifeteam is a pivotal role responsible for driving sales of emergency air transport services within a designated territory. This position is hybrid, requiring the candidate to work 90% onsite and 10% remotely, and the ideal candidate must reside within 50 to 75 miles of Jackson, Mississippi. The annual salary for this role ranges from $35,000 to $180,000, with the potential for uncapped commission based on performance. The territory encompasses several counties in Mississippi and Alabama, including Claiborne, Copiah, Hinds, Madison, Rankin, Simpson, Warren, Yazoo, Clarke, Jasper, Lauderdale, Neshoba, and Newton MS, as well as Choctaw and Sumter AL. In this role, the Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads for new business through various methods such as cold calling, leveraging customer referrals, engaging in community involvement, collaborating with leadership on marketing initiatives, and participating in community networking events. The position requires the completion of the full sales cycle, which includes introduction and discovery, needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up and management of client relationships. The Territory Sales Manager will also be tasked with building a robust pipeline of both B2C and B2B customers to meet sales targets and company objectives, ensuring that all business closed aligns with AMCN's practices and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for new business through cold calling, customer referrals, and community involvement.

  • Complete the full sales cycle from introduction to closure and follow-up.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of previous B2C or B2B solutions sales experience, preferred.
  • Knowledge of the emergency medical transport industry, preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
