About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Concentric is responsible for driving business development by acquiring new clients and expanding service offerings within existing accounts. This role involves managing the entire sales process, acting as a solutions expert, and collaborating with senior management and sales teams to grow the customer base effectively. The position requires a proactive approach to sales, utilizing CRM tools, and participating in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage the entire sales process, including targeting prospects, identifying client solutions, negotiating, and closing.
  • Act as a solutions expert consultant to help partners with their critical business issues and strategic initiatives.
  • Work with senior management to establish a clear and effective growth plan for the customer base.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to share ideas, knowledge, and new business development strategies.
  • Utilize company CRM to provide visibility and communicate activity in the assigned territory.
  • Strategize on social selling opportunities.
  • Attend company training programs and accompany other associates or managers during ride-alongs to learn job skills.
  • Prepare appropriate specifications and service expectations in accordance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Calculate job costs and market-based pricing for solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Proven record of prospecting and cold calling clients to achieve new business acquisitions.
  • Experience in customer service is required.
  • Experience in Industrial Sales is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; further education is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check.
  • Must own reliable transportation.
