About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at U.S. LawShield is responsible for representing the brand and building relationships with businesses in the firearms and self-defense sector. This role involves leading a team of Field Sales Representatives to conduct sales presentations at various events and workshops, while also focusing on expanding the company's reach and partnerships. The position is designed for motivated individuals who are passionate about self-defense and have a background in sales and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Identify businesses and events within the territory that access the ideal customer on a recurring basis.
  • Develop relationships with identified stakeholders to expand product reach through events, workshops, classes, and seminars.
  • Train, develop, and schedule direct reports to effectively cover all sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Assess talent presented by Talent Acquisition to continue growing the team.
  • Improve existing business partnerships by highlighting the latest programs and benefits available to partners.
  • Leverage technology, such as Salesforce, to track, report, and advance relationship building, and SAP Concur to track expenses.
  • Travel within the region (approximately 2 ½ hour radius) to support the team and business partners.
  • Support the team in their growth efforts by conducting direct-to-consumer sales presentations as needed.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in sales and leadership roles.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented with experience in leveraging a CRM (Salesforce).
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for self-defense.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the firearms or self-defense industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
