As a Territory Sales Manager at Style Crest, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships within the manufactured housing industry. You will be responsible for selling a diverse range of products, including heating and cooling units, entry steps, foundation covers, doors and windows, as well as plumbing and electrical parts tailored to the unique needs of manufactured homes. Your primary focus will be on engaging with various customers, including retailers, distributors, and contractors, to expand our market presence and achieve sales targets. In this role, you will identify and convert prospects into new customers while maintaining and nurturing relationships with our existing customer base. Regular communication and visits to customers and prospects will be essential to generate sales growth and foster strong customer relationships. You will also be tasked with developing a strategic plan for your territory, forecasting sales by customer and product category, and striving to meet or exceed these goals. Educating prospects and customers about the value-added features and benefits of our products, along with our commitment to customer service, will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will serve as the liaison between customers and Style Crest, ensuring timely follow-up and responses to customer requests to provide excellent service. Participation in trade shows and conventions will also be part of your duties, where you will represent Style Crest in a professional manner.
