About the position

As a Territory Sales Manager at Dehumidification Technologies, LP, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction in the temperature and humidity control solutions industry. Your primary responsibility will be to develop new business opportunities while managing the day-to-day operations of our equipment rental branch. This includes overseeing inventory management, staff supervision, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will be the face of our brand, advocating for our products and services, and ensuring that our clients receive unmatched service in the industry. In this role, you will implement strategies to attract new clients and grow revenue, while also building long-lasting relationships with existing customers. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported. Monitoring market trends and competition will be essential to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the industry. Your leadership skills will be crucial as you train and motivate branch staff to deliver exceptional customer service. You will also collaborate with other branches during peak periods to ensure operational efficiency. Compliance with safety regulations and company policies will be a key focus, as will maintaining and updating equipment inventory to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update equipment inventory
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Train and motivate branch staff to provide exceptional customer service
  • Work collaboratively with other branches during peak periods

Requirements

  • At least three years of proven outside sales experience
  • Experience in equipment rental management preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to analyze operational KPIs to make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with safety regulations related to equipment and delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field preferred
