About the position

As a Territory Sales Manager at Uline, you will be at the forefront of building strong customer relationships based on trust, which is the cornerstone of our sales culture. This role allows you to manage and grow your territory with the support of comprehensive training, advanced tools, and an extensive product offering. Uline is committed to your success, providing a robust training program that includes four weeks of initial training followed by a 12-week mentorship program. You will also participate in weekly learning and strategy meetings with leadership to ensure you are equipped to excel in your role. In this position, you will have the autonomy to manage accounts across various industries, with opportunities to explore new markets. You will be the “CEO” of your territory, responsible for designing your day to balance work and life effectively. This includes spending designated days in the office collaborating with peers and planning face-to-face customer visits. Your responsibilities will include managing and growing existing accounts, acquiring new business, and providing effective business solutions during annual, on-site customer consultations. You will leverage our extensive catalog of over 40,000 quality products to deliver legendary customer service, supported by our dedicated sales support team.

Requirements
