The mission of sales is to identify, cultivate, and influence new partnerships and existing relationships that will contribute to the achievement of our annual business plans. We manage relationships for growth, profit, and appropriate compensation. The sales department uses our sphere of knowledge for industry marketplace intelligence. We also translate partner business data into actionable information. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will manage and develop a designated territory of assigned accounts as the primary contact point to build and enhance the relationship with a focus on identification of opportunities for profitable growth of new and existing business. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of key accounts with a travel expectation of 25-50%. You will deliver and manage growth and profitability targets for assigned accounts, develop sales plans including new account development, retention, and marketing strategy through analysis of current and future market trends. Regular profitability reviews for assigned accounts will be performed, and you will recommend corrective actions as necessary. You will identify decision-makers and key associates within an account and develop productive relationships, being recognized as an expert by customers in regard to product placement and market knowledge for assigned accounts. Additionally, you will gather and assess market and competitor intelligence to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborate with Sales Account Support personnel to achieve in-house support needed to meet customer expectations.
