The Territory Sales Manager at Do it Best Corp. is a pivotal role focused on expanding market share and enhancing the experience of our member-owners. This position requires a deep understanding of our products, promotions, and programs to ensure that every interaction adds value to our members. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and professionalism by actively engaging with current and prospective members. This role is essential in amplifying the sales experience and requires a proactive approach to grow sales and attract new members to the co-op. The successful candidate will travel extensively throughout Eastern Texas and Western Louisiana, dedicating up to 75% of their time to selling member-owners programs, services, and promotional products that benefit their businesses. This includes collaborating with member-owners to implement best practices in their retail locations and working closely with corporate team members to address the unique needs of each member. Additionally, the Territory Sales Manager will engage in prospecting efforts to identify independent home improvement retailers who could benefit from joining the co-op. The role may also involve assisting members in planning and preparing for major in-store events aimed at driving consumer traffic.
