About the position

The Territory Sales Manager at Guang Tai He Import Export INC will be responsible for driving sales and capturing market share for FLOORSPLUS within the assigned territory. This role involves engaging with customers, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and competitive offerings. The position requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on product knowledge and market analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of FLOORSPLUS products and services.
  • Generate leads and build rapport with existing and new customers.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, including installing display racks or hand samples.
  • Maintain and grow sales within existing accounts, transitioning high-volume accounts to dedicated account managers as needed.
  • Identify potential customers through networking and referrals to increase market share.
  • Conduct daily visits to existing and new accounts, with a focus on local travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing preferred but not required.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience (territory and/or inside sales) preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
  • Proficiency with technology (WeChat, HubSpot, email).
  • Must have a clean driving record and the ability to drive.

Nice-to-haves

  • Cold call outreach experience via phone/email and in person is a plus.
